All of our preventative maintenance programs will help keeps your equipment operating at peak efficiency, while providing you with a reduction in overall operating costs. We offer annual or semi annual a/c maintenance contract for residential and commercial units and industrial chillers and cooling towers. This annual contract includes scheduled periodic inspections(multi point check) and a comprehensive report will be provided following the each inspection.
We offer full service, labor only and/or inspection only contracts depending on your requirements. Our 24 hours prioritized service and support will be available for all of our contracted customers. Our multi point check includes
- Apply anti-mold spray to indoor coil
- Apply protective coating on applicable areas in the equipment
- Check accessible duct system and electrical connections
- Check and adjust blower components
- Check for correct air flow & thermostat
- Check voltage and amp draw on motors
- Clean and/or replace filters
- Clean indoor and outdoor coil
- Lubricate moving parts where necessary
- Record operating pressure & cooling temperature
